⚡ Lead, Build, and Deliver – Your Responsibilities

Develop & Scale the Affiliate Program 📈

  • Grow and manage the global affiliate network, identifying, onboarding, and nurturing top-performing affiliates.

  • Optimize CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models to maximize partner performance and company profitability.

  • Develop customized affiliate incentives and promotions to drive traffic and conversions.

Affiliate Relationship Management 🤝

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure loyalty and continuous performance growth.

  • Provide affiliates with the necessary marketing tools, creatives, tracking links, and conversion insights.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, resolving any issues and providing ongoing support.

Performance Analysis & Optimization 📊

  • Track, monitor, and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Optimize campaigns and commission structures to improve affiliate profitability and engagement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide affiliates with actionable feedback and recommendations.

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion 🌍

  • Identify new markets and affiliate opportunities, adapting strategies to fit regional and regulatory requirements.

  • Keep up with competitor trends, industry changes, and digital marketing innovations.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.

Affiliate Platform & Compliance Oversight 🔄

  • Manage affiliate tracking platforms like Cellexpert, Nullpoint etc, ensuring accurate reporting and transparency.

  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and company policies.

🚀 The Expertise & Skills You Need to Succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior partnerships, business development, or sales leadership role within the financial industry (CFDs, forex, or trading).

  • Proven success in building, managing, and scaling IB (Introducing Broker) networks, affiliate programs, and institutional partnerships to drive business growth.

  • Expert negotiator and relationship builder, with a deep understanding of commercial agreements, revenue-sharing structures, and partner incentives.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement scalable strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging high-level stakeholders, partners, and investors with confidence.

  • Highly adaptable and strategic thinker, comfortable working in a fast-scaling, structured organization—even if transitioning from a smaller or startup environment.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, thriving in a competitive, high-paced industry.
