We are currently looking for a Payment Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with internal departments to support payment operations, resolve transaction issues, and maintain smooth fund processing in a fast-paced financial environment
⚡ Lead, Build, and Deliver – Your Responsibilities
Process Client Transactions – Execute deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Transaction Verification – Confirm the authenticity and accuracy of payment instructions, preventing errors and fraudulent activities.
Support Internal Departments – Work closely with customer support, finance, and compliance teams to resolve payment-related issues and assist in client transaction processing.
Maintain Transaction Records – Keep detailed and organized records of all payment transactions to ensure transparency and easy reconciliation.
Monitor Payment Systems – Ensure all transactions are successfully processed, identifying and escalating any operational issues.
🚀 The Expertise & Skills You Need to Succeed
1+ years of experience in payments processing, back-office operations, or a related role within the forex, CFD, or financial services industry.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Ability to work with customer support, finance, and compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issues efficiently.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills, maintaining detailed logs of all processed transactions.
Basic knowledge of AML/KYC procedures related to payments is an advantage.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to identify and escalate payment discrepancies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment.
Strong communication skills, ensuring clear coordination with internal teams.
