We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions across multiple departments within our group. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
As a key executive, you will work closely with compliance, finance, customer support, payments, and tech teams to ensure seamless operational execution and continuous improvement.
⚡ Lead, Build, and Deliver – Your Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Supervise and support the commercial department, setting performance targets and monitoring outcomes to drive business growth.
Design, implement, and monitor KPIs and operational targets, ensuring efficiency and accountability across all business units.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, finance, payments, and customer support, to ensure smooth collaboration and operational execution.
Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee group-wide operational projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, efficiency, and best practices within the operations team.
🚀 The Expertise & Skills You Need to Succeed
4+ years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within the fintech / financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting and monitoring KPIs to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
Proven track record in optimizing operational processes, enhancing reporting frameworks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management skills, with experience in overseeing multiple departments.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services and experience implementing operational compliance measures.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present strategic insights to leadership.
Proficiency in process automation and operational technology, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
